Rhode Island residents may be interested in hearing about a man who is pursuing a lawsuit against a well-known and very upscale hotel after he allegedly stuck his finger on a syringe that was in the couch in his hotel room. In addition to him being a plaintiff in the premises liability lawsuit, his wife is also listed as a plaintiff. She is alleging that she has suffered damages throughout the process as well.

Drivers must be more cautious when a child bicyclist may be near

In Rhode Island, it is very common that you see children riding their bicycles on a regular basis. This is particularly true when the weather outside is nice. Some automobile drivers will tell you that they've had a close call or two with an adolescent bicyclist. Sadly, a bicycle accident will occur every now and then, seriously injuring or killing the child. While drivers are quick to blame the children, it isn't always the child's fault.

Driver faces charges in drunk driving accident that killed 1

On a recent Saturday night, four individuals were involved in a fatal car accident in Rhode Island. One person was killed and two others were injured in this alleged drunk driving accident. The vehicle began veering to the right before it struck a mailbox. It then veered to the left and ended up crossing all lanes of traffic. The car came to rest on the opposite side of the highway and struck a utility pole.
